As an experienced Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant, Wayne leads the Private Client Division at Trowbridge and thrives on problem solving and making complex tax matters less daunting for his international clients.
Having worked extensively in the U.K. and in Canada with travel to over 90 countries, Wayne joined Trowbridge Professional Corporation in 2002 with a vision to give the firm a global platform by educating and advising expatriates on their personal tax needs. Wayne is frequently sought out as a panelist and subject matter expert, presenting worldwide on tax compliancy issues and tax obligations for expats living and working abroad. Prior to joining Trowbridge, Wayne spent time at Deloitte specializing in expatriate and international tax services. Wayne graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and has completed levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-depth Taxation Program.
Sarmen Boyajian, Partner at PE Gate
Sarmen brings over 10 years of international business and investing experience. Prior to PE Gate, Sarmen was with RBC Capital Markets for three years as a Vice President. He spent the first six years of his career in Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan across Europe and Asia, and two years at Triovest Capital, a real estate-focused private equity firm. He earned an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He is a snowboarding (former instructor and competitor) and squash enthusiast, and has traveled to 47 countries.
