Project Furrr - Investment Opportunity

We have posted a new investment opportunity in the PE Gate platform, a deal in an industry we have been bullish on for a few years. This opportunity is now open for investment and expected to close by May 1st.  The entry valuation is attractive and PE Gate principals will be investing in the transaction.

This deal will hopefully be the first of many for PE Gate in the pet services industry. We find this industry very attractive and will be looking for synergistic acquisitions in different verticals within the pet services space.

  • Company: operating over 14 years, providing Full Service and DIY pet grooming services and selling grooming accessories, treats and miscellaneous dog gear.

  • Operations: established business with +8k active clients across multiple stores within Ontario.

  • Profitability: recently profitable due to recent growth in revenue 

  • Transaction size: CAD 700k

  • Shareholding: 100% equity purchase

  • Minimum Investment: CDN 50,000 -  must be an accredited investor

  • PE Gate Fees: no premiums or upfront fees

  • Targeted IRR: over 25%
