PE Gate Investment in Dewson Architects Oversubscribed
Investments in sustainable businesses are on the rise.
Toronto, May 17, 2022. PE Gate Sustainable Inc, an acquisition vehicle managed by PE Gate Partners, has acquired a minority equity stake in Dewson Architects, an award-winning architectural firm that has been providing creative sustainable residential and niche commercial architectural and design services for more than 30 years.
“PE Gate’s minority interest in our firm is a mutually strategic move in continuing to achieve our mission of sustainable architecture,” said William Dewson, Principal Architect at Dewson Architects.
PE Gate’s proprietary platform was used to manage the subscription, which was oversubscribed within 48 hours.
